At present, the Wenzhou luminous character style used in the market of luminous characters has two kinds of stainless steel shell and aluminum edge shell, customers choose different styles according to their needs, then, when purchasing luminous characters in Wenzhou to integrate those factors to consider the final order of the style?

Wenzhou light word price

Considering the size of the font size is mainly because the bearing capacity of the stainless steel shell and the aluminum edge shell is different, the entire bottom shell of the stainless steel shell is welded by strong stainless steel, which can withstand the large span of the word panel without deformation, and the word exceeds the span of more than 1 meter.

Customers who can use aluminum edge will choose, because the bottom box is sealed with glass glue by aluminum edge and pvc bottom, if the internal light source fails, it can be disassembled at the bottom for maintenance, which is not possible with stainless steel shell.

Chinese backlit luminous characters

Stainless steel luminous characters using mirror stainless steel side tape, compared with aluminum luminous characters, the price per centimeter is 0.5-1 yuan more expensive than aluminum edge word, for customers with a small budget, under the premise of ensuring that the font performance meets the standard, the choice of aluminum edge is cost-effective.

The advantage of aluminum edge luminous character is the texture of its aluminum side strip and its repairable internal structure, the advantage of stainless steel luminous character is that its solid bottom shell ensures the straight and straight font, and the mirror stainless steel side strip has excellent anti-rust performance.

Two styles of Wenzhou luminous characters have their own advantages, customers and friends in the purchase of Wenzhou luminous characters in a comprehensive consideration of cost and security factors, but also have to look at personal taste.
